The course gives an in-depth understanding of Agile SW development, Scrum Team setup, Scrum Team roles, planning of work in Scrum, tracking progress and performance indicators, events taking place in one Scrum iteration, as well as Scrum Artifacts.
By the end of this course, students will be able to understand the principles and purpose of Scrum and improve their communication skills.

Course Typically Offered: In-depth understanding of Agile SW development, Scrum Team setup, Scrum Team roles, planning of work in Scrum, tracking progress and performance indicators, events taking place in one Scrum iteration, as well as Scrum artefacts. The course offers well managing and control of development work processes in complex environments.
Prerequisites: Students should understand the basics of modern software development practices (clean code, testing, …) and have some experience working in IT.
